Yesterday was a crazy day! It was beautiful outside and it was so nice to bring the kids outside! We took them out for over an hour and just let them run and play. There was only one child that wanted to go inside at the end of the hour.
I was much better at school with food. I didn't eat any of the chicken fries that were served at lunch and ate a spoonful of applesauce and some green beans. A vast improvement!
I seriously had my ass kicked at the gym yesterday! I did 10 minutes on the elliptical and then spent 45 minutes on my ActiveTrax strength training workout. I used the treadmill for 35 minutes at the end of my workout and about 6 of those minutes were spent running at either a 6.0 or a 6.5! I was drenched in sweat and ready for some dinner! I ate baked mahi mahi and a baked potato with salsa with steamed vegetables for dinner. Yum! When I weighed myself this morning I was at 208.0 so I'm getting back down.
Today I have my Halloween party otherwise known as "Harvest Family Day". I made sugar free jello jigglers in the shape of pumpkins and I am dressed as Little Red Riding Hood. *See photo at top* I think these boots are going to shape my calves for sure while I wear them all day! After work I'm going to head over to the gym to walk/run on the treadmill for 35 minutes before going to power workout at Curves at 5:30pm. This is the last week of "Curves Boot Camp" and I'm supposed to weigh out Saturday morning. If I haven't maintained or lost any weight in the past month, I won't win any prizes! I'm trying not to be sad about it but I feel like a failure this month! Hopefully I can pull through!
Have a great day! Happy Harvest Day!
