Yeah I'm crabby today. I havent been to the gym since Wednesday and it's pretty much making me crabby. I'm at work until 4pm today and then it's time for the gym.
Food intake for today:
Breakfast: Fiber One shredded wheat cereal, coffee, yogurt, muffin
Lunch: Leftover home-made pizza, yogurt, granola bar, apple, carrots
Snack: Cheese sandwich
Dinner: Salad, ???
Workout: 45-55 minutes running at 5.0 or above
30-45 minutes strength training circuit
I'm exhausted just thinking about it but it's time to run!
